Shipping & Payment Information
How long will it take me to receive my order?
We highly recommend familiarizing yourself with our production and shipping times. Upon ordering, each order is made to order (since we are constantly improving our watch). Once your payment is verified, our production time is 7-10 business days. From there, shipping times vary from location to location and can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, we do guarantee that you'll get a one-of-a-kind timepiece that you'll be very happy with.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Elevance Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please get in touch with your local customs office for additional information. Note: In certain occasions, custom agents may potentially delay the delivery of certain packages.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal.
How are duties and taxes calculated?
For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on the country it’s being shipped to. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of this is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Order Information & Concerns
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to make a change on your order, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order will be in the processing stage and we will be unable to make any changes.
I placed an order, can I cancel and get a refund?
We can ONLY provide a refund on orders placed within 24 hours that we have been notified about regarding a cancellation or refund. Anything past 24 hours is NOT eligible for a refund.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order was cancelled, it is more likely than not that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are sure that it is not true, make a payment using Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one at www.Paypal.com.
Will I receive a tracking #?
Yes, you will automatically be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. We provide you a tracking number as soon as the shipping company provides us with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this within 7-10 day, please email us.
Do you offer express or overnight delivery?
We do not currently offer overnight delivery, but we do offer express delivery that can shorten your delivery time by about 7-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Watch Specs & Warranty
What type of technology is used on your watches?
We use magnetic technology that uses movement to tell time.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches cannot be dipped in water and are not ideal for activities such as showering, swimming, etc. However, our watches are splash proof. Also keep in mind that water damage is not covered within our warranty.
Is there a warranty?
We have a limited warranty that covers any defects from a manufacturing standpoint up to 12 months after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. If any part of the watch or the mechanics naturally do not work properly and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this doesn’t cover any abuse or damage that you may put your watch through. The warranty also doesn’t cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, strap damage, batteries, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim so be sure to keep a copy of your receipt.
How do I replace the watch battery?
All of our watch batteries scan be found at any watch repair, jewelry shop or electronic store. Any jewelry store or watch shop can assist you with replacing the battery. We don’t suggest replacing the battery yourself as it does require some special tools and you may damage the watch.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Any brand new product cannot be returned for a refund after you have received, we accept no returns. If you want to exchange your watch, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any price differences in the exchange.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
If you received a damaged item or defective product, please reach out to our customer support team at ElevanceWatches@gmail.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue promptly.
