Order Processing Times
Due to overwhelming demand, orders may take up to 4 weeks to receive in the United States and 6 weeks internationally. Shipping times to the United States are a lot shorter than the international countries and they can vary based on location. If an item is out of stock or not available, you will be notified in that event.
If you want to cancel your order with us, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. No exceptions will be made after 24 hours because your order has now begun processing. If you receive your product and there is something wrong with it, please email us/contact us notifying us about your issues. We will at that point replace your defective item with a brand new one.
All sales are final on our website and no returns are accepted on purchases. If your watch comes with a defect or damaged, we will replace it free of cost. However, any refunds or change of minds on purchases are not allowed and all sales are final.
Duties & Taxes
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes when applicable. Please be aware that Elevance Watches does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.
